The weather was gorgeous, the food delicious and the company was delightful! It was Sunday, October 6, and WCGN was pairing this year with Maxwell Mansion to host our annual Fall Potluck. Both WCGN President Suzanne and Maxwell Director George Boudreau spoke to the neighbors about the shared history of Maxwell and WCGN, starting in the 1960s when a few neighbors pooled their energy and resources to save the Mansion from demolition. (You can view online Mark Lloyd’s fascinating lecture about this.) The Mansion is a treasure in our neighborhood so consider continuing the WCGN tradition and become a member!
