The city’s process for rezoning WCGN has resumed after a long hiatus caused by the pandemic. There is material online explaining the process, along with a cool interactive map showing current/proposed zoning. Based on months of researching specific blocks/properties, WCGN task force is preparing a report that will provide feedback to the city on what zoning decisions WCGN feels will be most beneficial to the residents here.
Part of the online material makes it possible for anyone to pinpoint a specific property and enter a comment that will go directly to the Planning Commission. However, if you have questions about any of this, or would like to provide feedback to this task force rather than to the Planning Commission, please email the Board.
