WCGN holds four regular business meetings per year. Three meetings are called toward the end of the Pot Luck events on the last Sunday of January, Memorial Day, and first Sunday of October. The fourth meeting is held the last Wednesday in March (not a Pot Luck). Other meetings are held if needed.
