Development next to the Train Station

As many of you already know, a developer called Mosaic Development Partners owns the land between the Tulpehocken Train Station and the Tulpehocken Co-op Apartments along Wayne Avenue. After going back and forth with their proposals, they are now proposing an 83-unit development which will require them to present their plans to both the ZBA and another city body–the Civic Design Review Committee. The latter is required because of the scale of the project. Those meetings are coming up very soon. To get more information about the project and how you might get involved, please see this notice for a comprehensive timeline of WCGN’s interactions with Mosaic, for details about the development, and for possible next steps.
