Fruit in the Garden

The garden has been bearing some fruit: red raspberries in early summer, and now black raspberries and peaches!

Peaches!!!

The pollinator garden is buzzing, and a couple of monarch butterflies have been sighted near the milkweed patches. The weather has been so wet that we have only had to water once or twice, so most of those generous volunteers have been off the hook after all. Nevertheless, their offers are greatly appreciated. The garden committee also plans to hold a fall work day, date to be announced.
