WCGN held a lightly attended RCO meeting on Wednesday August 2 regarding 11 W Rittenhouse St, a vacant property owned by the owner of 5900 Germantown Avenue. The applicant/owner wishes to use the Rittenhouse property for 6 parking spaces for tenants of the 20-unit apartment building, as well as trash containers and a generator. Discussion, at times heated, centered on adequacy of trash removal, types of plantings in the small landscaped portion, and arrangement with tenants about who will use the parking spaces. An electronic vote was taken August 4-5. Results are:
