Thanks to the generosity of so many of you, we are getting closer to meeting the $5,000 contractual obligation that we have made with Oscar Beisert and The Keeping Society for researching and writing the nomination of our stretch of Germantown Avenue to be on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places. The intention is to submit this document to the Philadelphia Historical Commission by April of this year.
