the Philadelphia City Planning Commission’s recommendations
for zoning changes in Germantown
between Rittenhouse and Johnson Streets.

This is the community meeting that was originally scheduled
to be held at the Brand New Life Christian Center
(Germantown Avenue and Washington Lane) in March of 2020,
and was canceled due to COVID-19.
Since that time much work has gone into
researching and fine-tuning the proposal.
