ZBA Hearing for Train Station Development

Mosaic, the developer intending to build a controversial 83-unit complex across from the Tulpehocken Station, will finally be going before the ZBA on Wednesday, August 25. At one time they were seeking two variances plus a special exception regarding replacement regulations for heritage trees removed. Now they require no variances, just the special exception.

WCGN has engaged an attorney and a city planning expert witness who will testify on our behalf challenging the project.

The hearing begins at 9:30 and the Mosaic case appears to be the 11th case on the docket (out of 12 for the morning session). You can find the ZBA instructions for attending this Zoom meeting here. And you are permitted to join the meeting at any time.

If you have questions about this, please email the WCGN Board .
