WCGN, actively supported by several community groups including Germantown Life Enhancement Center, GUCDC, and SoLo (in the Penn Knox Neighborhood), will be opposing Mr Seymour Hoffman’s appeal of the ZBA decision with respect to the proposed use of the property on the northwest corner of Chelten and Greene. The intended use is as a personal care home with drug and alcohol treatment for 14 residents, which would occupy part of the first floor and all of the second floor.
